Please enter your venue's exact address. We want to make sure we're going to the right place! Additionally, please enter any specific parking requirements, if any.

Are there any special traditions happening during the "getting ready" portion of the day (i.e. exchanging of gifts/letters, family heirlooms passed down, etc.)?

For detail photos and flatlays, please have a box ready for Taylor in the morning containing all the things you wish to be photographed, if any. This can include rings, jewelry/cufflinks, shoes, perfume, veil, invitations or stationary, or anything you'd like featured in detail shots.

Are there any restrictions or guidelines for your ceremony location/venue that my team should take into consideration? Make sure to include if there are any time restrictions as to how early or late we are permitted to be on location.

*note: some venues may be in restricted airspaces and drone footage may be not be possible

Are there any special traditions or things that will be taking place during your ceremony? Any religious or cultural restrictions we should consider?

Are there any specific locations on site that you would like your family, wedding party, and/or bride and groom photos taken?

For family photos, please provide a list of family members/special groupings and specific combinations you would like. The more detailed and precise the list, the faster my team can efficiently move through groupings and get everyone to cocktail hour to start having fun!

If your planner or coordinator already has a list, please make sure it is forwarded to me before the day of the event!

Are there any family situations (death, divorce, bad blood, etc.) to be aware of and sensitive to?

Are there any special things or traditions that will take place during your reception?

Are there any special details or moments you would like me to focus on that have not yet been covered?

What details about your venue drew you to it?

To make sure all of your amazing vendors get their incredible work documented and available for their own use, please link any available contact information so I can pass along photos to them for their own portfolios! (Think florist, makeup artist, band, etc.)
